The project involves the construction of a shopping center with a usable area of 2000 sq. m, an open parking lot for visitors and residents of the neighboring multi-storey residential complex and a public area with a children's playground, recreation areas, waiting areas, etc. A related and safe traffic pattern is proposed for both pedestrians and motorists.
The architectural solution of the shopping center is kept in line with modern trends of environmental friendliness and minimalism. Swivel panels on the one side set the rhythm on the facade, and on the other, let light in the interior.
