A modern thermal complex on the territory of the former Soviet recreation center "Romance". On the basis of the preserved buildings, the entire complex was reconstructed and updated, the public space was supplemented by a loop-bridge, pier, a complex of pools, sports grounds and a number of new modern one-story cottages. The project was carried out taking into account the terrain and forest.
