The main task of the project was to preserve established pedestrian paths and existing green spaces and create a comfortable environment for all groups of residents. Based on the existing height difference in this area, we propose to introduce a wide ramp with a slope of 3 degrees, 35 meters long, which at the same time will serve as a walking area.
The square has a historical component, combined with landscaping: two informational installations dedicated to the history of Kaluga, and a bust of Catherine the Great, during whose reign many city-forming enterprises of the Kaluga region were founded.
It is also planned to install two-level lighting in the park, two types of road surface are used: paving stones and landscape pebbles.
