The main goal of the project was to preserve established pedestrian paths, existing green spaces, and create a comfortable environment for all groups of residents. Based on the building density and the number of residents of the surrounding houses, it is proposed to create several zones of attraction with different functionality.

From the Kirov street side, there will be a welcome zone with decorative lighting and city swings, two playgrounds for different age groups, a sports workout complex for adults, and a pavilion with benches and built-in lighting. A path from the sports and entertainment zone will lead to the wooden flooring and further to Dzerzhinsky Street. The design of kiosks and the area with containers will be updated according to the pavilion.

The new public space should become a place for meetings, communication, and contribute a lot to a neighborhood community.
